the YOG opening ceremony was..... like national day parade. ahah. its totally national day parade style. which i thought wasnt v nice... i dunno i felt it was a bit lame? like i get the whole young and youth vibe and all, but i felt some performances were really no link to YOG and it just appeared to be v immature for some parts. its like YOG is such an international event... i jsut felt it lacked a little sophisticatedness??? oh well at least the fireworks was great! and the flame and the cauldron was AWESOME!:) well done on that one:) but the thing that really got me laughing was the blur sotong atheletes who didnt know where to go! lol. so malu la. half of them walked the wrong way-.- i bet russia must be laughing at us now. ahah.

ok but you gotta give kudos to singapore for trying so hard and working so hard. afterall, we are the FIRST to do it! i shall be less critical of the flaws and be more appreciative of the amazing parts:) (so zen-ish ahha)
