back to school, and winnie and zanne told me they lost their GCs and winnie lost her mp3:( sigh. and apparently there has been quite a few cases of GC thefts this week alr... poor them, so suay 7th floor no cctv, so cannot see who is the theif:( to think such things happen so often in the "best college in singapore" i think its quite embarrassing. like everyone expects the future leaders of tomm blah blah to come from our school, but as a student, i am not really convinced;/ i will admit that we are "the best" in academics, maybe in sports(dsa) too, but character wise, not really... i rmb how when i first entered the school i experienced some kind of a "culture shock" and i was complaining about how i couldnt believe that people in this school behaved like this. although i have sort of gotten numb to it, and i'm not so extremist now, but still i feel that there is something wrong. and its sad to say that after i graduate, i probably still would not be proud to say that i have once worn that green skirt; not jump to defense if i hear unpleasant things; and in the future not want my children to study in this school. ok i shant make things sound so bleak. there are things that i am grateful to this school for though - my wonderful class, friends, opportunitites, and a wake up call to the real world.
