FLAG DAYYYY
went to sell flags for the SPECIAL OLYMPICS SINGAPORE. it was quite meaningful la. met mons, steph and ben for breakfast at macs first. we had a super big group, so we decided to split up in the end.
mons and i went around northpoint area looking for a goodplace to sell flags, but the place was just FLOODED with st nicks ppl. in the end, i brought her to ba tou there(near my house one) to sell. i figured no one would come. haha. the business was so much better there. we were outside NTUC trying to sell flags to the aunties around. haha. after a while, we spotted some sec 3s so we moved again. we went to khatib mrt to sell. business there was quite good la. we bought bubble tea:) after selling 150 flags(3 sheets) we proudly went back to yishun to get more flags. haha. we didnt manage to sell much after that. northpoint ppl are not as friendly:( oh wells. but we did our best:)i felt so satisfied.
there was this uncle selling durians. he was grosssss. haha
me: uncle would you like to make a donation?
uncle: ni jiao wo uncle wo na li yao juan???
me: huh then jiao ni shen me?
uncle:wo zhi shi 18 sui er yi, yao jiao wo shuai ge ge ma....
me: er then bu yao jin la. bye bye.
i figured i was better off without his donation. haha. better than betraying myself calling him shuai gege. pukes. haha.
then i went to watch SPIDERMAN 3 with yunjie and sara. we had yoshi before the movie. it was damn nice i felt. but too many villians. got sandman, venom and the new goblin. haha. but it was still nice. yunjie couldnt stop laughing when spider man turned "evil" and his hair looked emo. hahha. but the ending was quite sad. harry died. i thought harry was quite shuai.<3>
after the movie, we went to sit at long johns sliver and talked for like one over hour. it was nice talking to sara and yunjie. like sec one again. haha. then yunjie bought nasi bryani for dinner and i ate A1 curry puffs. haha.
