YAY!!! WE WON DEBATE!!!

haha. our class went up against 4faith for debate today and we won!!! so happy for them.:) so many ppl from our class went down to support. dunno who said 4faith had almost the whole class going down but in the end there wasnt a single soul... haha. 4 faith were like damn cocky. they were very confident they would win us. then marianne said jana said she was not a good speaker. like wth. i couldnt stand that smug look on their faces. bleah.

anw, i think they did really well!:) they made a lot more sense than the proposition. the topic was "SINGAPORE TELEVISION DOES LITTLE TO ENHANCE OUR SENSE OF IDENTITY" and we were the opp. they kept repeating the points that we rebutted. they clearly did not understand us. rahh. and they damn attitude. kept rolling their eyes when our class ppl were speaking. rahh. whatever. WE WON!!! haha:) marianne was a super super funny speaker. she was super agitated and her points were all damn suan the other team. but she is good la. hah. i think she was so pissed jana said she wasnt good so she is out to prove them wrong now. haha.

oh, not only did we win, MONICA ALSO WON BEST SPEAKER!!!! yay for mons!!!!:) i am so proud of her. she was really stressed this morning during PE. poor her. she has so much to do. she has her chinese debate too. but she managed to do an excellent job!!! yay!!!
